Born and raised in Minnesota, Sara has called Arizona home since 2014. One year after graduating from North Dakota State University, she decided to move across the country to experience something different. She brings nearly 13 years of staffing experience within the accounting and finance space.

Right out of college, she began her career recruiting in finance and accounting operations, then transitioned into permanent accounting and finance placement. For the past 6+ years, she has built a strong network of mid- to C-level accounting and finance executives on both a direct-hire and consulting basis.

Sara lives in Desert Ridge with her husband, two boys (ages 3 and 8 months), and two dogs. Outside of work, she is passionate about faith, family, friends, and fitness.
